The property is comprised of three separate thatched pavilions, quintessentially Balinese in design and situated around the landscaped grounds. This Bali villa features an open plan living area which serves as living room, dining room and bar-cum-dry kitchen.
The fully air-conditioned sleeping quarters contains three double bedrooms and a study. On the ground floor, the master bedroom has French windows opening onto the garden, a queen size four poster bed and an en-suite garden bathroom with outside bathtub.
The study, which connects with the master bedroom, doubles up as an indoor lounge suitable for children to watch TV or DVDs and can be used as an additional sleeping area for young children up to 10 years old.
A guest washroom is adjacent to the study. The stairway is incorporated into the study and leads to the first floor bedroom which has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The third bedroom has a lumbung style roof, twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with outside shower.
The twin beds can be placed together to make a large queen size bed. All three bedrooms are suitable for adult couples. The villa also includes staff quarters comprising a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining laundry room/office and staff bathroom.
The two main pavilions look out onto a lush tropical garden which is the focal point of the property. A 10 x 3 meter peanut-shaped swimming pool is fed by a waterfall and surrounded by a sundeck with 4 sun loungers and a Bale with mattress and cushions for those who prefer to relax in the shade
